*In 1202 Leonardo investigated how fast rabbits could breed under ideal circumstances.

*Fibonacci’s book Liber Abcai asked a question involving the reproduction of a single pair of rabbits which is the basis of the Fibonacci sequence.

*A newborn pair of rabbits one male and the other female. The rabbits mate at the age of one month.

*At the end of the second month, a female can produce another another pair of rabbits.

*If the rabbits never die each female will keep producing a new pair of rabbits. With one male and one female each month from the second month on.

*There would be an series of rabbits in the form of the Fibonacci sequence
