El Yunque Rain forest

El Yunque is located on the Eastern side of the Luqillo Mountains. With these high elevations it receives lots of rain. This amount of rainfall is going to be great for our rain collector on the roof of our tiny house. Also this rainfall will be helpful for our rooftop garden. This is the only Tropical Rainforest in the United State's National Forest System. Puerto Rico is not a state but is a territory of the United States. With the abundant amount of rainfall and rocky rivers makes waterfalls that are located in El Yunque.
