LimeRed Leadership Team

Raymond managed two family operated companies prior to teaming up with Joe to open LimeRed Teahouse in 2011 and later opened up a sister restaurant with in 2012.

In 2014, the duo tested out an alcoholic concept at Limoo Tea Bar in Brookline, MA.

Raymond acts as the head of operations, vendor management, and financial reporting for all three of his current stores.

Manesine joined the Management team’s latest startup last year during which she has demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail as an assistant operations manager.

She seamlessly integrates new methods of planning and structure to update and improve daily operations. Previous experience in retail developed her customer service skills, an ability to work independently and judicious problem solving skills where necessary.

Joe started his career as a risk consultant for clients such as: Estee Lauder, Circuit City and Computer Associates.  He has a strong background in audit and risk mitigation along with web development and marketing; all of which he brings to his entrepreneurial career.

Joe currently maintains two LimeRed stores in Western Mass along with a bar & grill in Brookline, MA.
