We want to bring a modern Asian American café concept to market providing exceptional food & drink experiences that are usually kept behind cultural barriers.

Food is an unifying experience. We believe that good food & drinks belong to the human experience; not only to the cultures where they originate. LimeRed’s mission is to open these experiences to everyone through careful product curation and store design.

LimeRed’s primary drink concept is artisan bubble tea and coffee complimented with toppings such as jellied coconut water or sweetened diced aloe vera. Toppings add texture, making our products an unique drink experience.

LimeRed’s food menu focuses on making unique tastes accessible. Our best seller: chili basil popcorn chicken is already making waves at Limoo Tea Bar, our sister store in Brookline, MA.

Our stores are designed with a simplistic rustic demeanor suggestive of a place to congregate and foster discussion.
