Yoga can do so much for you. There are physical pluses and mental pluses. Some physical pluses are getting in shape, stretching muscles, relaxing muscles, and working muscles. Some mental pluses are relaxing your mind and getting things off your mind. You would be surprised to know how many people actually do this practice to feel better. In a lot of opinions it really does help.
