Depending on the type of speech you are assigned, you would approach it differently. Most of the speeches on the previous slide are self explanatory. For example, you would use an informative speech when you have to inform someone on a certain subject. This is the simplest type of speech.

When to use speech types

A eulogy is a special occasion speech for when someone close to you has died. This is a solemn speech and should be done respectfully. Especially when you mourn the legendary Mufasa. Rest in peace.
