Description

Wood frogs can grow 51 to 70mm in length. They are usually brown or tan colored. It is the only species of frog that has a dark eye mask. Wood frogs eat small invertebrates. They live in moist woodlands, swamps, around ponds, etc. They can survive freezing temperatures in the winter.
