BE YOUR COACH’S GUIDE

Where they are, you have been…

And where you are they will someday be. Simply put. You may be brand new yourself or you may have been a founding member of our team. Either way, you have more experience than the coach who just joined you. So remember these tips:

1. They trusted you. They could have chose from thousands of others but they didn’t. They deserve your time when getting started.

2. As they participate in training the more you participate with them the more successful they will be. It is your responsibility to help them through each training.

3. Set up weekly check-in and bi-weekly phone chats. Send a text and ask if they have any questions or needs.

4. Be the coach to them you wish you had for yourself.

5. Always point them toward the team. We have much to offer. The more plugged in they are the more independently successful they will become.

Final Thoughts

Take notes and remember their “why” and next steps you’ve given.

4

Remind them of their “why” on a regular basis.

Celebrate the smallest victory and brag on your coach.
