CONNECT WITH YOUR NEW COACH

Send them an email and get them on the phone!

REMEMBER: This isn’t a get rich quick scheme. Success comes over time. Make sure you help your coach see the big picture and focus on their WHY each time you connect.

Once you’ve welcomed them to our team, you need to connect with them again. We recommend two connections. Both have the same purpose. Affirming your coach’s decision and helping them take their next steps.

Your new coach has the same questions you did. “Okay I’m a coach so now what?”

1. Welcome Email - Send your coach an email that welcomes them and tells them the first steps they should take. Also make sure you personalize the email and tell them how excited and proud you are they chose to join you regardless of their reason. Give them their first steps.

2. Call your new coach and talk to them LIVE within the first 48 hours. Affirm them and make sure to answer or at least hear their questions. Talk about their “WHY” and make sure you go over their first steps. Always remind them to stay connected to the team page and ask questions there. Leave them with at least one action step and set up a time to talk LIVE again!
