The Measles virus is made up of six different proteins - three that are capsid proteins, and three that aren't. The capsid proteins are nucleoprotein (N), phosphoprotein (P) and polymerase/large protein (L). The non-capsid proteins that envelope the virus are matrix (M), fusion (F) and hemagglutinin (H).
