Kinesics (Facial Expressions)

Notice this one girl is making all these different faces but they all have a different meaning.

1. She has a very straight face so she appears to be serious.

2. Her mouth is open and her eyes are squinted with scowled eyebrows which is the common angry face.

3. In this picture she is smiling so she must be happy.

4. In the next picture she is pouty with saddened eyes so her assumed emotion is sad.

5. Unlike 2 her mouth is open in a more round and her eyebrows are raised with big eyes. This is a shocked or surprised face.
