The Safavid government had a very strict system and their ruler was Akbar. He told the people how to live their life and the exact ways to be successful. However, the government was very successful. The Mughal government had a absolute monarchy. Pretty much identical to the Safavid empire. The ottoman government was had two main things, military and structure. The military leaders organized Ghazi recruits into two units. The light Calvary and the voluntary Calvary.
