Solar power: Solar power is a renewable/alternative energy source that uses the sun's energy for electricity and heating.

Solar time: solar time is a calculation of the movement of time based on the sun's positions in the sky

Apparent or Mean Solar Time: Apparent solar time is the time that refers to the sun's actual position in the sky. Mean solar time is the time that refers to the average length of a solar day/24 hours.

Solar Time in Bolivia: the German company, "Deea Solution" will perform a study between March and August to decide that location of the 86-98 acre 20MW solar power plant in Bolivia. While the construction cost are estimated to reach up to forty five million dollars, the many years of a cleaner environment will be worth it

Hours of Solar Power in Bolivia: the estimated average daily solar hours used in Bolivia is approximately 4.9- 7.2 hours. If solar panels were to be used often, thats about how many hours of electricity/heating they will get at night. The 20MW plant planning to be installed will generate 15 hours of store thermal energy and 24 hours per day of solar power in Bolivia.

Why Solar Power in Bolivia ? The solar power project mentioned above will provide energy security, energy independence, and also creates jobs, which is vital for Bolivians, because most of the civilians have no jobs and that creates a decline in economic growth. Solar power is also sustainable and clean energy that doesn't emit harmful toxins in to the air that cause pollution.
