The Battle of Trenton took place on Wednesday December 25, 1777. The Battle started on Christmas, but because they attacked around midnight, they finished the Battle on Thursday December 26. The Battle took place in Trenton, New Jersey. George Washington choose this time and place because he knew if they won it would give them a huge advantage.
