Ray Bradbury is an American fantasy author and poet. He was born on August 22, 1920 in Waukegan, Illinois. Bradbury could not afford to go to college, so he instead went to a library a few days of every week. This is how he educated himself for ten years. Other than Fahrenheit 451, some of his most popular novels include The Illustrated Man and The Martian Chronicles.
