The day of May 5th, 1862

On the day of May 5th, 1862 the French invaded Mexico and tried to conquer it. When the French tried to attack in Puebla, Mexico the Mexican army was ready for war they beat the French very quickly. Now on every May 5th, Cinco de Mayo is celebrated for the Mexican armies hard work for beating the French.
