Mini-Lesson

Sometimes I opt for the self-paced classroom in which students work in stations. Mini-lessons can either be done using flip-class method—or they work with me in small group on the lesson. I tend to use an LMS like Canvas, Edmodo, or Google Classroom to share assignments, but for demonstration purposes, I will be using Seesaw.

STEPS

1. You will need Adobe Reader installed

2. Open Seesaw

3. use join code: ______ and create your account

5. watch timer: 10:00 mins

4. practice uploading and downloading a PDF

Seesaw

adobe

Join Codes have a 15 min. timer before they change.

So, you will have to play with this app as a teacher.

paperless classroom tasks

By Mrs. Copeland-Samaripa

I had 2 presentations prepared. One was an introduction to each app, and this one gives participants an opportunity to “play” and see how I organize my class. This second presentation was designed for more interaction.
