Julia Gillard

Julia Gillard was born on September 29th, 1961 in Wales. When Juila was 5, her family migrated to Adelaide, Australia. She had been elected president in the Australian Union of Students (AUS). The headquarters was held in Melbourne so she had to stop her studies in Adelaide and continued at Melbourne University. Later on, Julia Gillard changed her mind and went to words federal politics. Julia Gillard was sworn in twice becoming the First Lady in Australia to become the Prime Minister. Julia Gillard is inspirational and has affected my life because she is the first woman Australian prime minister. She enhances my chances in politics and is and insparation to me. Someone that I would look up to.
