There is no deep root flora in the arctic because of the permafrost and because not many plants can withstand the cold temperatures. However there are ,amy kinda of plants that can such as moss, grass, liverworts, sedges and many more. The fauna is also diverse. For herbivores lemmings, voles, hares, and squirrels. Carnivorous include foxes, wolves, and polar bears. They also have birds, fish, and insects.
