Major Events-War of 1812 was a military conflict, lasting for two and a half years, fought by the US against and Britain and Ireland, its North American colonies and its American Indian attacks were common because th US was taking most of there land so they started to attack us. Attacks on our ships occurred from France and Britan and they would not stop leading to war.
