Importance of interactions with nature.

My environmental identity is rooted in this element.

My first memory of loving a place and a non human being is of a black berry tree. Perched on its branches I could look up to the sky or explore its branches and leaves. From that day on the natural environment became part of who I am, to the point that is very difficult to separate an environmental identity from my personal identity.

As the dragonfly looks for a cool resting place in a summer day on a tree branch. I also look for a passed memory to feed my soul.
