Grading

Participation—This reflects your participation in class on large group, partner group, individual, and history lab activities

Knowledge Check—This grade reflects your knowledge of readings, videos, and content given during direct instruction in class. These are usually open-note quizzes or dispersed within interactive videos.

Unit Evaluation—This grade reflects your understanding of the big ideas of each unit. Objective tests, essays, and projects will be placed in this category.

Final—The final test

*Second Chance Tests—If you earn an 80% or less, you may take a second chance test after you have studied with Mr. Kamrowski during E.L.T.
