Technical questions will necessarily arise during the term. Use of the discussion board for each module is encouraged, because it will promote knowledge sharing in a variety of ways (and ways that are especially important in the context of an online course). When posting a question to the discussion board, remember that details are usually essential to understanding and then solving the problem at issue, and that relevant screenshots are often a critical element in the process.
