Effects on the individual

The effects that the media scrutiny had on Amy Winehouse is nothing less then devastating, her constant place in the public eye, especially when already struggling with substance abuse.

She was often violent and was sent to hospital and rehab multiple times during her time here, but sadly she eventually lost her battle with her addiction and died of alcohol poisoning.
