Boarding School
Children in upper class families were sent to boarding school at a young age and spent most of their lives there. Children were put in dorms with their classmates and had to wear a uniform at all times. Boarding schools had very strict rules with a well ordered hierarchy. This hierarchy consisted of the headmaster, heads of houses, head boys and girls, prefects and many other people. All the boys on the island are from the same boarding school and they were sent away because of WWI.
