PharmD Graduation Requirements

1. Minimum of 190 units of course requirements.

2. GPA ≥ 2.0

3. Register for and complete ≥ 12 quarters

4. Complete last 45 of 190 units at UCSF SoP

5. Complete all course requirements for one pathway

6. Pay all fees and financial obligations to University

7. Show evidence of satisfactory professional qualifications

8. SoP faculty recommendation to obtain degree

9. Fulfill regulations for granting degrees of University

10. Complete requirements within 5 years of date of student entry
