Health Sciences & Policy Research Pathway

Pathway Objectives:

Develop skill sets for a career in pharmacy that advances patient care through research with an emphasis on policy, economics and comparative effectiveness, and global health

Additional coursework includes:

Pharmacy leadership, priorities in health policy, decision analysis and risk management, epidemiology, statistics, research seminars

Students Complete:

2-quarter research project in 4th year

6 APPE rotations in the San Francisco Bay Area
