Carter Bans PowerPoint
Ashton B. Carter, who took office as the new Secretary of Defense on February 17, 2015, has a new mandate for change.
As part of that change, he has banned his commanders from using PowerPoint.
Why is that?
Allegedly, lazy commanders leaned on PowerPoint and didn’t communicate properly which has caused systemic issues inside the Department of Defense.
