In the Sweeney Todd there is one main embedded values. But the most centralized one is “Revenge can bite you in the butt”. The whole movie is evolved around getting revenge on Judge Turpin. During the end of the movie Todd is so caught up with killing Turpin that he ends up killing his wife. At the time he didn’t know it was her.

Sweeney Todd is really a mad man, trying to get his revenge. Us as viewers see that. But in the movie the characters see him as a very well mannered barber. The best barber in the city. The POV shows a different view from viewer to people in the movie.
