Basic skills of Basketball
1. Shooting
To shoot the basketball correctly, you must first hold the ball correctly, either forming a W with your hands on the ball or a T. After you have this grip on the ball, you must bend your knees, then have your elbows bent, with your more powerful hand at a 90 degree angle. Be sure to look at and have your body positioned towards the ring and have your elbow bent facing the ring aswell. You then elevate both your knees and your elbow, raising the ball above your head in a controlled manner, finally you flick your wrist and follow through the shot by holding your stance.
