2. Dribbling
To dribble cup your hand and have your fingers spread apart, to bounce the ball, controllably force the ball down with you cupped palm, be sure not to hold the ball to bounce, force it down gently and it will bounce back up. Keep repeating this process. To bounce effectively, bend your knees and have your back straight. When dribbling keep your head up to benefit your vision on the basketball court. You can only dribble with one hand at a time.
