PERSONAL WITNESSES

- Elizabeth (Grandma): "I lived in a tight-knit community and was "sheltered" growing up. I was not affected, but I do know the main point of Title IX and I'm glad I lived in a period of time where I had an equal opportunity".

-Aunt Becky: "Title IX allowed schools to let you have a right to an education free from an adverse attitude. Many people think it is only for sexual discrimination, but it also changed how handicapped students were taught. Whether mentally or physically, I think it allowed freedom of dress without harassment".

Mom and Dad: They were never affected, but know the logistics of Title IX.
