Tuck Everlasting Theme:

Sometimes you do the wrong thing for the right reason. This is expressed in two ways in Tuck Everlasting. The first way is that Mae shoots the Man in the Yellow Suit. She did the wrong thing (killing someone) for the right reason (he was threatening her and her family. Another way this theme is woven into the story is when Winnie takes Maes place in jail. She did the wrong thing (letting someone escape from jail and get free and take their place to trick the police) for the right reason (Mae was only protecting Winnie and herself and family and the man in the yellow suit deserved to die.)

Urashima Taro and the Princess of the Sea:

Urashima expressed this theme in the story. To start off, Urashima does the wrong thing and bribes young children for the right reason, he was going to save the tortoise. Lastly, Urashima does the wrong thing, opens up the box when he is not supposed to for the right reason, he had nothing left and was hoping that maybe it would help. Sometimes the same themes can be expressed in different stories in different ways to make them connect.
