The baby sea turtles take 50-70 days to hatch. They make a long journey from their nest to the ocean. They have to be very careful as there are dangers all around. 1 in 1,000 baby sea turtles survive. The sea turtles then have to travel for several days and nights without sleeping and eating till they find shelter. They have to live on there own from now on. They will never meet their parents, and they won't meet their children.
