Construction of the Burj Khalifa first started on September 4th, 2004 in Dubai. The building officially opened on January 4th, 2010. This building cost $1.4 billion to construct and is 828 meters, witch is equivalent to 2,717 feet. The Burj Khalifa is so tall that you can watch two sunsets in one day!
