Shanghai World Financial Center
The Shanghai World Financial Center was first built in 1997 and ended in 2008. The building was originally designed to be the tallest building ever, but the government halted the project, when resumed, they wanted to make it bigger but couldn't because its foundation could only support a 260 pound building. This building shares Shanghai with the 2nd tallest building in the world, Shanghai Tower.
