This Raja is similar to the Mauryan Empire. Keeping a close eye on his subjects and controlling a large area of land, this Raja would fit perfectly in Raja Eisert's Empire.

Chandragupta also set up bureaucracies across the land which is a system of offices that carry out government rules and regulations. This could help this Raja control his large area of land. ~ISN page 73 and "The Mauryan Empire" page 236
