Tips for the classroom

Because all this learning is great… but what do we do?!?!?

Tip #1 - All individuals with autism implicitly have a diagnosis of ADHD

“Fun” fact: If you see someone with both autism and an ADHD diagnosis, the ADHD is simply for medications.

Students with autism will often times have trouble with ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. Therefore, a simple, well laid out syllabus and online courseroom (Blackboard, Canvas, etc) will pay dividends!
