Women's roles during the war.
Before the war, men thought that women were too weak and fragile for hard jobs like being a industrial factory worker. Men only allowed women to work in cotton factories.
🔻During the war women got a chance to do the same work as men.
🔻Since all the men went to go fight in the war, the women had to take
over, and do their jobs.
🔻In Britain and Austria during the war, nearly 1 million women took over men's jobs.
🔻In France and Russia the amount of women working men's jobs increased by 20%.
