Miranda's mom is selfless. She's always thinking about her children. She'll give up her meals and make many sacrifices for Miranda and her two brothers Johnny and Matt.

Johnny is the youngest sibling, however he's very mature. He knows that they don't have much money and he won't be getting anything special like presents on his birthday.He also has big dreams in baseball.

The eldest, Matt, seems like he always knows what to do and is very smart.
