There was plate movement and effect. The evidence to support that is there is a fault and igneous intrusion. The fault was probably caused by an earthquake. So the transform plate boundaries rubbed against each other.And the igneous intrusion probably once was a underground volcano in the mantle and found a weak spot in the earths crust and came into the rock layers. And those are two pieces of evidence of Plate movement and effects.
