Chocolate Cake Recipe
3 sticks butter/margarine
1 cup water
8 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour creme
1 teaspoon baking soda
6-7 teaspoon milk
1 box powdered sugar
Melt together 2 sticks butter/margarine; add water and 4 teaspoons of cocoa. Take off head; add flour and sugar. Add eggs, sour creme, and baking soda. Pour into an an greased sheet pan; bake at 375 for 17-20 minutes.
Frosting: melt together last stick of butter, add 4 tablespoons of cocoa and milk. Take off heat and add powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of nuts if desired. Pour frosting over warm cake.
