(April 27,1822-July 23,1885)
Ulysses S. Grant served as U.S. general and commander of the Union armies during the late years of the American Civil War, later becoming the 18th U.S. president. When he became president he was a shy and quite man never really getting angry, but after he was done with being president he sold magazines. Mr. Grant was well an average school kid his grades were ok he wasn't failing and he got in trouble from time to time for being tardy and miss dressed. But he was a good general in all and will be remeberd.
