Mythical Beast Poem

Last night while I slept,
My "future" glove attacked me
The ugly gray leather looked like elephant skin
All wrinkled and old it offered me no win
I tried to send it back but was offered no refund
As I realized they ugly thing was mine I was stunned
The glove threw itself at me like a two-seamer
Amazing speed with late movement
It hits me in the face with the
Texas flag logo, right on the cheek
Smacking me with all 195 dollars of leather
Then I woke up and turned the light on
"Austin your glove's in! Come try it on!"
