The following are now the Main Items added to the State Constitution:
#5. The Constitution also set up a judicial or court system.
#6. The Texas Supreme Court was established as the highest court in the state.
#7. Established levels of lower courts to hear other court cases.
#8. Allowed the citizens of Texas to elect judges.
