- Later that night, Dahmer bludgeoned Hicks to death and mutilated him. Dahmer stored the pieces of Hicks in his fridge.

- This killing seems to have been done without any hesitation on Dahmer's part. This suggests, and is later proven due to his brutality, that Dahmer had a horrific case of psychosis.
