Virgin Lightening & Toning Application (Double Process)

- 4 quadrants and protective cream around the hairline
- begin in back right quadrant, apply to mid-lengths through ends, avoid the scalp area
- repeat for remaining quadrants
- after mid-lengths are half way processed, begin applying to scalp, rinse and shampoo leaving hair slightly damp
- apply toner to scalp area throughout four quadrants
- apply toner to mid-lengths and ends throughout four quadrants
- strand test
