This process transforms the guest's natural hair color to a lighter color.

- section into 4 basic quadrants
- apply protective cream around hairline
- beginning in back right quadrant, apply product to mid-lengths and ends
- repeat for rest of quadrants
- begin coloring scalp area and pull through mid-lengths and ends
