He never really had certain targets that he went after, he went from door to door and the ones that were lock he felt uninvited and the door that was unlock he felt that as if he had the invitation that he should go in. He would kill them and cover himself in there and blood then drink the rest after he blended it. Thats when he got the name "Vampire of Sacramento".
