F.R.I.E.N.D.S tells the story of 6 people who meet and live in New York while trying to make it in the business world while also trying to keep their personal lives stable. They all live in Lower Manhattan together where they often meet at a cafe called "Central Perk" to talk and discuss their lives that all intersect.

Monica and Rachel used to be best friends but lost touch after high school. They reconnected after Rachel ran away from her wedding and refused to marry a man she didn't love. They agree to move in together, but it becomes hard for Rachel after leaving her spoiled life to starting a life in the real world.
